This website is run by the Monadnocks Foundation, a non-profit based at Village Purhara, Haspura, Aurangabad, Bihar 824120, India. By using the website, registering for an event, volunteering or making a payment, you agree to these terms. Please also read our privacy policy, payments and refunds policy and donation policy.

• Give true and complete details. One registration per participant per event.
• A participant under 18 may be registered only with the agreement of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the registration.
• Each event's page sets out who can take part, the categories, fees, dates and any limit on places. Dates marked "tentative" may change; registered participants are told about any change.
• We may cancel an entry if the details are false, the participant is not eligible for the category, or the same person is registered twice. Our payments and refunds policy explains what happens to the fee.
• Keep your registration number – you need it on the day of the event and to check your registration.

• Results are decided by the event's judges and organisers according to the rules announced for the event.
• If you believe there is a mistake in a published result, tell us within 7 days of the results being published, with your registration number. We will check and correct it if needed; the corrected result is final.
• Prizes are given at the prize distribution announced for the event.

Everyone at our events is expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of the organisers. We may disqualify a participant or ask anyone to leave for cheating, unsafe behaviour or misconduct. Participants (and, for children, their parents or guardians) take part at their own risk in sports events and should only take part if they are fit to do so.

We take photos and videos at our events and may use them on this website and our social media to share our work. If you do not want a photo of yourself or your child used, tell us at contactmonadnocks@gmail.com and we will remove it.

Payments are made by UPI to the UPI ID shown on this website, or in person to a member of the Foundation team, and our team checks each one by hand. Fees, cancellations and refunds are covered by our payments and refunds policy, and donations by our donation policy.

• The text, logo and photos on this website belong to the Monadnocks Foundation unless stated otherwise. You may share our pages and results with a link to this website.
• We try to keep everything correct and up to date, but details such as dates may change; the latest information is always on this website.
• Links to other websites are for your convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts at Aurangabad, Bihar. Before going to court, please contact us – we will try to solve any problem quickly and fairly.
